  Hard-Boiled Eggs
Method:
  1. Place eggs in a single layer in a pan. Stacked layers of eggs will cook unevenly.
  2. Add water. Ensure that the water level is at least an inch above the eggs.
  3. Bring pan to boil for 20-25 minutes. Add salt to increase the boiling temperature.
  4. Run cold water over the eggs before peeling. This will make peeling an easy job.
  Fried Eggs
Method:
  1. Gently heat enough butter or oil to cover the base of pan.
  2. Break egg into pan and baste continuously for about 3-4 minutes.
  Omelettes
Method:
  1. Lightly beat eggs and water together.
  2. Pre-heat pan until hot.
  3. 3. Place a dob of butter in pan.
  4. 4. Pour in egg mixture.
  5. Draw the egg mixture to the center, allowing uncooked egg to flow underneath. Continue until mixture no longer flows.
  6. Place filling on one side of omelette. Fold and turn out onto serving plate.
  Poached Eggs
